Abstract:

During the last years, many researchers have studied the security of UAVs and the internet architecture that they operate, namely Internet of Drones (IoD). An important aspect of cybersecurity is the implementation of proactive security measures. Among other proactive approaches in the literature, threat modelling is introduced as an effective proactive measure to enhance the security of systems. The proposed thesis aims to design a framework what includes a dynamic decision model which will utilise CTI data in order to facilitate the administrators of IoT and IoD devices in terms of deciding the optimal threat model to safeguard the devices against possible threats. Furthermore, the framework will gather and analyse the generated data from the IoT and IoD devices to extract and share CTI in a secure manner, ensuring privacy.
